A small blip in the road...

So I was feeling a bit too tight and made an appt with Dr Vaimakis yesterday for a small unfill (approx .25 - .40) was removed from the band. After all I have been through, I did not want another repeat of last year with another complete unfill. I weighed in yesterday in the office and I lost 7 lbs since 7/23 (9 lbs on my scale). The office staff tells me that their scales are a bit off, so I usually go by what my scale tells me at home. I am so elated, cause I feel like I am back on track and this is such a minor tweak that I know its not going to make a difference in weight loss, but will definitely make me feel better. I was hoping to be in the 180s by this weekend, I do not think I will quite make it to that, but I am still so damn thrilled! Its another scorcher today and getting my walk in later today does not seem doable. Its supposed to be a little cooler the next couple of days and I am hoping to sneak them in the morning.  I am 7 lbs away from where I was last December prior to my complete unfill. I cannot wait for cooler weather where I can start walking/running daily again and freakin finally get this damn weight off of me! LOL. I would love to be at goal by my 2nd surgiversary, although, I know it's probably going to take longer than that. I need me some PATIENCE !
