Going NUTSSSSS

Monday I get a call saying med review man hasn't reviewed my chart yet. Surgery date is scheduled, hospital called to ask all the ins questions, big packet came from surgeons office, what's missing....  THE OFFICIAL OK!!!! Ugh, don't these fools know I am waiting?!?  gonna call UMP again today to see where the heck my chart is now.  Will update if i have anything to add( hope I do)
