After much talking and processing, I made my decision. I am going with Dr. Michaels in DC. I am going to say, I know I couldn't have gone wrong either way...Dr, Michaels or Dr. Capella. They both seemed great, and had very on-the-top-of-things offices.

SInce I share my scale with my BMI over 50 peeps... thought I would share my victory. My scale dropped again this morning, So I am officially at the lowest weight I've been in my adult life.

Woop! Woop!... Some ways it is a little surreal.

Well I drove over 2 bridges and through the Bronx to have my consult with Dr. Capella today. Light traffic! Lucky me.

It is really weird to be able to post while flying. As I write this the girl sitting next to me is eating chocolate cake and gingerale for breakfast. Fitting in a seat and not worrying if someone is sitting next to you doesnt seem to get old.

Tuesday I went to see a surgeon in Great Neck, NY which is NY City adjacent = pricey. marble floors and bathrooms felt like I was in a movie. That being said he was very nice but his prices were over the top

So I had my first consultation today... It was with Dr. Katzen in CA. I have followed him and looked at so many of his transformations, I just felt I needed to hear what he had to say.

So yesterday I scheduled 2 consultations with Plastic Surgeons. I have been thinking about it for awhile, and went for Body fat testing a few weeks ago to see where I was at and was I within shooting range of PS. I am 15lbs away from my goal of 24% ie.

At JFK JetBlue terminal. When I went through the Airport security my excess skin came up on the scan as a shaded area. They made me go through twice kept saying 'Do you have some thing in your pocket?' Got a quick pat down and then on my way. LOL... Ye
