Hi All, I am 44 years old and being overweight began when I was born. The reason I say this is because I weighed 10 pounds 10 1/2 ounces. I have been struggling all my live with diets and them just turning out to be the yo yo diets. For the past three years I have been trying Weight Watchers to lose 70 pounds and then can't lose anymore so I get discouraged and quit and just get depressed and of course gain it back and I have done this twice. It is very depressing to lose 70 pounds and I was doing aerobics an hour to two hours a day and could not lose anymore. That was bad so now I am starting a new journey. Last year I have had three surgeries and I feel in my heart they were all weight related. Last October I finally had a complete hysterectomy and now I am having a hard time with the hormones. I have switched doctors and she has done test and of course I have sleep apnea and have to have oxygen at night and this is very depressing. I have been to see a surgeon and I just hope and pray I can get approved so my insurance will cover my surgery.
Any words of advice for insurance approval or any other advice is welcome.
