What a difference a year makes!

So i did my one year visit today! I was told that I am NO LONGER CONSIDERED OBESE! I lost 71% of my body fat, and a total of 142lbs according to my scale but 139lbs according to theirs ;) ! I was shocked, because as much as people tell me how good I look and the expressioin on their faces when they see me when they haven't seen me for a long time, I still sometimes don't think I'm 10 sizes smaller! I am now fitting into GAP Clothes, the best feeling in the world, where I'm proud to say I'm a size 32/33! Wow man, I thank god for giving me this chance to make things right. I met this woman today while waiting to see our doctor, she told me she was there for her second shot at weight loss surgery, she got the band and after 3/4 yrs it leaked and with in 8 months she gained over 60lbs! she now considering the gastric! I told her go for it b/c without it she won't have any restrictions! Thanks OH fam for being here, if anyone needs to ht me up on my email at [email protected]....
