Happy Surgervary One Year

Praise God from whom all blessings flow.   I cant belief that it has been one year.  I have lost 110 pounds.  I feel great.  I am off my sleep apnea machine, asthma machine, muscle relaxer, high blood pressure medicine, my ankles don't swell, I can cross my legs,  I  feel great.  However, I am working on my left knee.  Doctor says that I need a knee replacment.  However, I am taking the next option.  He inserted a liquid to cushion my knee joint yesterday.  Yes it hurt a litle, but today I am walking better.  I am so blessed.  I am wearing a medium in a Junior dress and 14-16 jeans. Oh by the way, I am wearing shorts.  I haven't worn them in 18 years.

My doctor is very pleased,  I have only thirty one pounds to go.  I will do this.
I will graduate September 27, at the Embassy.  Little red dress here I come.  It will be so exciting.  They will flash my before picture and I get the chance to walk out the new me.  I will invite my friends and family.  I just hope they will come to see me.  If not, I am happy with me.
