He shows confidence in what will be done by carefully reviewing the patient's individual situation. He is encouraging and I am blessed to have him do my surgery. rnrnThe staff at Dr. Lord's office have been supportive. The only issue I have had was that my long awaited surgery was moved back a month due to an internal scheduling issue. I had everything ready for scheduling surgery since November, but the number of hospital employees is limited to 3 a month pushing my surgery date to April 1st. Having to move it back an additional month was very painful and disappointing. However, if this is the only problem I have at Dr. Lord's office, I don't have much to complain about. "
