Time to take Care of My Heart!

Yikes, I have gained weight...oh how I hate to type those words.  It is so hard but I want to be sure and not gain anymore. This is where it stops!!!!So walking it is on this bright sunny day.  No more poor choices of food!!! Still have maintained a 130 # weight loss but do not want to gain any more!!!  Hopes and Dreams Support Group will meet in Perry, OK on the third Thursday of each month at the Noble County Health Dept at 6:00 pm.  So I hope to see people there this week.
