Post Op Rny- Week 2

So week two seemed to drag on forever. I'm down 28 lbs but haven't lost anything since last Tuesday which is almost a week :(. Is it early enough to have a stall? I'm starting on week 3 and will be going to the gym today. My eating during week 2 was good. I stuck to my portions and met my protein and fluid goals most days. I can finally drink water again which is amazing since there has been a heat wave where I live. I threw up a couple times (one time I ate scrambled eggs and another time I ate fish). I haven't cheated since the last cookie incident but I definitely have had some cravings. I already was on medication for depression before surgery but the past couple days my depression has kicked in full force and I think it's time to increase my dosage.
