Been this weight  for a while now.  I have tried every diet pill and diets and have not been successful.  I have been working out 3 days a week lately.  Maybe that's not much but it's a start.  Believe it or not I used to be a runner.  Ran races and placed.  After I had kids and got divorced, and faced many challenges in my life, depression set in.  Food seemed to make me happy.  Getting tired of it.  Need help and support!
