Happy Real Birthday, Pam! Now, do you see what I mean about the 40's being a great decade? Don't you feel free? OK, maybe the WLS helped with that but still, you're doing great, and it's only gonna get better! A size 10 on all your new birthday clothes? I am so jealous!

Congratulations to Pam Moore, my dear friend. It was one year ago today that you began your WLS journey. You couldn't have done a better job. You have accomplished all your goals, not just the weight loss but also the personal and professional goals. And all in one little year. You have been a real inspiration to me. Thanks for going first and being the trailblazer. I want you to post your pictures so everyone can see what a successful loser you are. I'm really proud of you and love you muchly. Miss you too.

Pam - I'm glad to hear that you are home from the hospital and that things went well for you as you are recovering from your WLS. I pray that you will have a minimum of pain and be free of complications in the weeks and months that lie ahead. Can’t wait to see the glowing updates you will provide us with!
