Today I went to my 4 hour class

Today it finally has set in the day is soon approaching I went and sat in a class to learn how I am going to eat  and exercise after my surgery. I start my pre-op diet tommorrow morning here I come protein shakes!  Weds. I got see my surgeon for the last time before my surgery, which is June 21st I am getting excited and kinda nervous. I cant wait for it to be over.
