Working my behind off!

I have been working my butt off...LITERALLY!  I have been doing aerobics everyday.  I love exercising, especially when I get results like this!  I lost 8 lbs. last week which means I've lost 30 lbs total!  I started exercising about 4 or 5 days after surgery, but nothing intense at first and no weight lifting.  After that, I started doing more intense cardio which I'm learning to love.  Have any of you tried doing Zumba?  I first learned about it at my gym and loved it instantly.  It's latin dance aerobics, and the music is much better than any music I've ever heard of workout videos.  I purchased the DVDs and started doing it at home when I let my gym membership go.  It is by far the most fun I have ever had exercising.  If you love to dance and love music, I highly recommend Zumba.  Be ready to shake your booty and move your hips though!  I was thinking about taking it to the exercise class they have at my church, but I might be ostracized by the church mothers!  I think low impact aerobics is enough for them right now!
