Gaining...really?

Just completed week 3 of a very regimented workout routine. My personal trainer, who I see on Wednesdays and Fridays, is great. In addition, I'm doing a Ripped Cardio class on Mondays, Zumba on Tuesdays and running 5k on Thusdays. I'm even trying to fit in an additional Zumba class on Saturday mornings. My calories are still averaging about 1100 - 1400 calories a day. So why am I still not loosing?
I need to stay the course, but I'm so frustrated!!! As of today, I'm actually up 4 lbs from 3 weeks ago. Very sad and pathetic :(
