well here I am 5 yrs later and cant believe the awesome journey this has been! I eat like a freaking horse and been sitting on my butt for the last 4 months and gained some weight but will soon work on it. I am at 170 lbs wich I don't feel bad pants a little tight but ok my lowest weight is 150 and I didn't feel very good at ...my  doctors ideal is 140 ha don't think so. I feel great at about 160  well I had two beautiful babies with some complications but nothing related to weight just my crazy kids. life is great I have some cosmetic issues with my saggy skin suit but nothing that  cant be tuck away .
