I finally got the approval from my insurance for the gastric sleeve. It all just seems so surreal. I have worked so hard for this day! Finally, it is here and I am so happy. I cried. I honestly never thought that this would happen for me. The insurance lady told me 12/15 but I am thinking it will be in January because my surgeon is supposed to be out at the end of December until January and that he was booking up fast. Either way, I got what I wanted...

My whole life is about to change and I am so excited!
