I just ran across this product on the net and it seems to fit my needs, but I don't know about taste, mixability, or if its really suitable. The ad says vitacost  Whey ISO protein isolate with 205 calories, 1 gram fat, 1 gram carb.  What does ISO protein mean? Has anyone tried this powder? It also contains vitamins. I hate to spend $27 dollars for three pounds without a recommendation.
