well here I am filling a little ashamed of myself have not been taking my vitamins(make me fill sick) not getting enough protein in don't know what the problem is just have hit a hurdle and can't seem to get over it.  Monday started off good woke up drink some water got on the treadmill walked for 20 minutes got off did the laundry, made a protein shack (sucked) drank it anyway did another 15 minutes on the treadmill took my vitamins but filling like I am depressed why???? Meet with Dr. Burpee today 1 month follow up have alot of??? for him to date have lost about 72 pounds..

well here it is day 34 and have lost a total of 62 pounds it seems like I have hit a Plataea not sure but I am trying to walk 30+ minutes a day my knees hurt me so it has been hard but doing it.  I don't have any taste buds it seems like everything taste the same.  Waiting for the day that I can eat a meal healthy meal but a meal..

Well here it is day 15 and have lost 47 pounds already filling great off all my medicines except one from five to one very happy.  It has been harder than I thought it was going to be because of the holidays but family has been GREAT!!!

Well had my surgery on tuesday the 9th came home on thursday the 11th don't really fill like drinking or eating jello even though I am.  The gas is killing me.  Anyway will keep on sipping and walking and taking my protein..

Well here it is 9pm still going to the bathroom cleaning out the system.  My surgery is tuesday at 1 which was changed from 4.  So next time I post it will be when it is all done..

Got the call from Dr. Burpee's office looks like he wants to do the surgery on Tuesday December 9th.  I am so nervous that this is actually going to happen...

Got the call today and I have been approved for my RNY I am so excited,nervous they are trying to fit me in before the end of the year so that I don't have to pay the deductables all over again I am so happy that 1 chapter is done and a new one is going to begin.. Thanks to VICKI who helped me with my appeal letter she is the best and I will never forget her...

Well here it is about 10 days since I sent my appeal in and still no word, I am starting to get a little depressed and I am starting to eat the bad things again.  God I wish I could go back 20 years and know what i know now.  It is so hard to do the right thing.  I watch these programs of people who over come all of the hardships the paralympics were on the other day and I felt so ashamed of myself,  and I can't lose  weight.  I will keep on trying to do the right things. 

Well I got a call from my doctors office and they told me I had gotten denied due to the fact that they felt I would start eating fast foods again.  My shrink stated in his evaluation that I still eat fast foods but that I had a good understanding of this and that I was educated on what foods I would not be able to eat, but he also stated that I was a very strong candidate for surgery and he recommended that I have it.  It seems they just read the one paragraph and not the whole evaluation.  I guess they are going to appeal it and our hoping that the shrink can write another letter saying that I was on the right track with my eating.  Don't know a little well alot down right now...

well got a call from Dr. Burpee's office they finally got everything ...but my PCP letter I don't know how they do not have it I got the copy of the letter he wrote 2 weeks ago so they were suppose to fax it.  I am going to fax a copy of my copy to them... It was sooooo exciting finally hearing from someone so hopefully will have a answer by the end of next week keeping my fingers crossed.
