How do you get your protein from food alone? - Today is my first day on soft foods and eventually the Dr. wants me to be on food only, but how do you get the protein in.  Any suggestions on high protein foods?  Please share

2 week check up - I have my 2 week check up today.  I can't wait to see what the Dr.'s scale says.
