I have the same story as so many on this site and it can be described easily in two words..."yo-yo".....ok, maybe that is one word used twice. I have been over 300 pounds and as low as 155 in the last 15 years. In fact for my most recent class reunion (3 years ago) I was 80 pounds lighter than I am today.
Getting my surgery approved by my insurance company was no small feat and even after I was approved I had to 3 months for surgery. Very excited about my upcoming surgery in July but very scared it will not "take" and I will remain the same size I am or lose a lot of weight only to gain in back again.
I am going to remain confident that this will be the final step for me for becoming thin and living a healthy happy life.
