OH NO!!!

over the passed year and a half I have been unable to exercise, became depressed, ate constantly, went from a size 8 to a 12, blah, blah, blah. So I worke up today came out of my stupor and decided to get back on track. It was either that or go to work naked because I refuse to buy anything in a size 12, that is just not right for me. So I dragged my 170lb body of to work in a pair of strechy pants with a big untucked top on, but before I left I walked 8blocks to the bus stop rather than  the usual stop that is about 5 ft. away from my car. Also I ate a good protein breakfast and some low fat sugar free yogurt and fruit for lunch. Took a 20 min walk on my lunch hr also. BUT, the most important thing that I could possibly do is to come back here and reconnect. This website and you dear fellow travelers got me through this before and I know you are here for me now. The insperation that I glean from all of you is priceless. I already learned of the 5 day pouch plan and will start that tomorrow. I will keep in touch. (I need to look like my picture again)
