I received my CarbWatchers Labrada protein shakes on Saturday and drank my first one this morning.  They taste great and filled me up, but by lunch I wanted to have a cheese burger.  Then I realized how hard this is going to be.  Hot food in your stomach just feels good.  You know what I mean.  Pray for me ya all, I need to learn to stick to it.....
