christmas vaction more important than patients well being

my daghter had a life changing event with her knee will never walk right or b able to exercise  accordingly  that seems not to matter to DR KEVIN POTTER or his staff  after mont of test  proceedures evaluations and endless stress thisoffice has decided  that they cant schedule any more proceedures due to the holidays   my daghter went here over three monts ago with the understanding this would be completed befor the end of this year because all ouf out of pocet was paided  for the last mont everything has been completed waiting to be scheduled with countless  calls to get this done   then to be told today informed at visit that threr will beno new schedules due to the holidays and she can just bpay the 7000 out of pocket next year  very un professional staff  whoul recmend  seeking other offices or you just might get you spirt crushed by an unconcerned dr and staff
