I have been married to my high school sweetheart for over 20 years. He is the greatest. For most of my life, I have been overweight. I have tried all the diets, got results, but it never lasted. This past year, I was diagnosed as being insulin resistant. I have backaches, shortness of breath and my feet and legs hurt.
