I hit 199-198 wooohooo

 it's been a bumpy road for me but I hit 199 never in my life did I think I would be back down and see the 100's wow tears are there but they are happy tears I do have my days with food but it seems to be getting easyer and I know what to excpect from my patterns of food...dreams do come true just have to work for them in many ways peace San
