So another day another lb. I am stuck it feels... i range between 70-75 lbs down, and can't go further than that, its driving me nuts. After my GB, i also had foot surgery, which makes it a bit harder to keep things in check, but now that im able to eat a bit more, and such i feel like AHHHHHHH .. am i eating to much? To little? i know im not getting my protein in... GOSH!!!!anyways will write more later.
