I'm Aproved!! Now what?

I'm approved. TRS has changed their requirements from a 3 month diet to a 6 month diet so I called Blue Cross Blue Shield TRS today to make sure they received my paperwork for approval, and they said they received it and I was approved. Now I guess I need to call my doctor and ask what I do now.
