Hi everyone, I was born weighing 9#'s and was always at least 20-25#'s over weight. I like pretty much everyone else have tried quite a few diets and they all worked, but I couldn't keep the weight off. So after weighing the most I've ever weighed I decided it was time to do this surgery. I had high blood pressure, high cholestrol, and degenerative disk disease in my lower back. I have no disk left in my L5-S1 in my spine. For those of you who don't know where in your back that is it is the last vertabrates at the bottom of you spine. I am basically rubbing bone on bone. So I'm hoping getting some weight off will also help that. I am tired all the time, don't want to do anything, or go anywhere anymore. Life is too short!! I will be out there again doing the things I love
