I went in this morning for my 2 week post op appointment.  I went great, and did not last very long.  I met with the PA.  I was down 21 lib since surgery.    I am so excited.  I started exercising about 1 week post op.  I'm starting out slow on the exercise bike, about 20mins most days.  I plan to up the workout when I fell my body is ready.  I am doing great.  The incisions are barely noticeable, except for one.  It will be good in no time.  I would not change this for the world.  This is the best decision I have made in a long time.  My whole life seem to be coming in order.  I have not smoked, or drank (not as if that was a problem) in over a month.  I feel great.  I am just wanting to see the pounds melt away.

Dayum!!!!! can you say nausea.  I had to go to the ER today because the nausea would not go away.  My doctor wanted me to come in to make sure everything was good.  It was but they kept me until the next day because they had to give me so much medication and I still had nausea.  It finally got better about 3:00 am.

Came home from the hospital today.  The surgery went great.  I feel good.  I HAVE NO APPITITE.  Trying to get the fluids in though.  Everything is going good, and im excited to start seeing progress.

Im just preparing myself mentally.  About to leave for the hospital in a few hours.  I know God is with me on this journey.  Its all in his hands.  I will be fine.

My surgery is just around the corner just 3 days away.  I am nervous and excited at the same time.  I went the the store and purchased my jello, crystal lite, broth, and water to start my liquid diet pre-op and after I get back home.  I also got my chewable multivitimins, B-12, and calcium.  I AM ALL SET!!!!! lET THE jOURNEY BEGIN

I just got my surgery date .  My surgery is May 6th.  I will have my pre-op on April 28th and will have to fast just 1 day which will be the 27th prior to surgery.  I think I will fast for at least 3 days just to start getting in the mode.  I have my results visit in the morning, and Im so excited.                                     


                                                                                                                     

I got a message from surgeon's office today.  I am approved!!!!!!!    Now I have to talk to the surgery coordinator to get a surgery date.  I'm excited and scared at the same time.  It's a little scary to think about the transformation.  It's like your whole life will change.  I believe it will be a positive change, and I welcome that!!  I need all the support I can get.  So SHOW ME SOME LOVE!!!!





                                                                                   

I spoke with my surgeons office.  My information was sent to Insurance.  I'm waiting Impatiently!!!

Hello Everyone!  Its been very exciting to read all the profiles.  I have learned alot.  I thank you all for sharing your experiences.  I am hoping  my information will go out this week to the insurance for approval.  Pray for me please
