Hi Celeste I recently read a post you had to another person as listed below: "Also very important to get 100 grams of protein in daily, however it is important knowing how much the body is absorbing per hour!!! Hope all the tips help... I do the Labomba 1 time per month to burn fat and helps me feel better...You can email me for the recipe... and I will tell you how to make the most out of your "WHY" Remember Success is earned it is never given". You mentioned to email you for the recipe - can you send me that information? [email protected] StephaniePeggy-Acton 17 years, 9 months ago
Hey Celeste you have done wonderful. Have you got any suggestions on protein I am having a hard time getting on my protein in. I am a very pickie eater and don't like alot of things. I can't stand the protein shakes that make me want to puke. I ordered pro stat but OMG how awful it was it made me gag each time for like 15 minutes. I can tolerate isopure but can't seem to get enough of it down. Any suggestions would be of great up. I am 7 weeks out and I have lost 45 pounds but I am in need of protein ideas. I don't like cottage cheese or yogurt. Thanks for any help you may give me. Peggyboonsy 17 years, 9 months ago
Dear Celeste: Boy did you make my eyes bulge. You look terrific. I am 18 months post gastric bypass and nowhere close to goal. At this point, I feel I eat too much. Not gaining weight now but not losing either. I have lost 82 pounds. Started at 302, went down initially to 198 and then I started gaining. I am now 210 and never seem to get any lower than that for the past five months. I now I do not get the proper exercise but I'm working on that aspect of things right now. Any suggestions or help. I am 55 y/o and 5'5".Evelyn 17 years, 10 months ago

Hi, Celeste! I remember your profile very well from a few yrs back. I had my RNY about 5 mos after you. Wow, your before & after pics are unbelievable!!! I cannot believe you're a Figure Competitor now! How often & how long do you have to workout to get to that point? What type of exercise? I am very glad I had the surgery, but I am also one of those that lost about 100-110 lbs in the first year or so, but still haven't made it to goal 3 1/2 yrs later. I haven't had a huge regain either, thank goodness, but I still could stand to lose another 60-70 lbs. Please share with us your workout regimen & what your typical daily diet consists of. By now, I think most of us know how we should be eating, but it's always good to be reminded again! My personal email is: [email protected] Thanks so much! And congrats on your phenomenal success!!! =0)j-bird333 18 years ago
