My Century Club Card

Hey guys...I have lost 100 lbs. (that was a mini personal goal for me). How do I get my Century Club Card? Do the powers that be send it to you automatically once you update your weight or is there somewhere on the board that you have to go and get it yourself? I know this sounds crazy but I want my card. It is a serious accomplishment for me and I want to see my card when I open this board. It's like a diploma for a HS graduate. You made it thru the fire and now you want the reward. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
