hello oh family had my 6 months check-up on yesterday i weighed in at 250.9.  i was so excited he told me i needed to increase my protein and water intake.  and i need to jump start my excercising.  my labs were good cholesterol was still up.  my next goal is to loose 50 pounds by august.  wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good morning OH  it has been almost 4 months since surgery i started out at 342 pounds today i weighed in at 276.6 i am really getting there i feel so much better.  although my knees still hurt.  i'm suppose to see the ortho for it so i can officially start my cardio and increase my weight loss.  i just want to thank GOD, dr king, and his staff for my progress thus far.  it has not been easy, i have seen lots of food i would love to eat but GOD has given me strenght to turn it down. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

hi  everybody sorry its been so long i had the gastric sleeve performed on 11/7/11 beginning weight on that day was 338# went for my follow for my 2nd month follow-up visit my weight was 285.9 and my bmi down to 62 from 77.  I am starting to notice it in my clothes, I am on regular foods with the modifications now.  i have not been able to walk like i should still painful in knees and hips hope to have that under control soon.

started clear liquid diet 10/28/11appointment 11/3/11 for surgery date.

on october 4, 2011 met with dr king my last testing went well.  I will start the clear liquid diet on october 24, 2011.  Then see Dr king again on november 3, 2011, to get final surgery date.YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am ready to start another chapter in my life.

9/8/11 met with surgeon today, will have to have a EGD with IVC filter placed that scheduled for 9/27/11.  Then i wil recieve my surgery date.  YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I AM ON MY WAY TO A NEW AND BETTER ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it has been a longtime since i was on here but i have been through most of the requirements for WLS except the psyche evaluation.  I am scheduled for that 7/26/2011.  i have been diagnosed with sleep apnea started on a C-pap machine and osteoarthrosis.  i hope i am close to the end of the road.
