I am having surgery!

Well I finally made it to a surgery date January 23,2007 but I am having it done in Nashville Tennessee at Vanderbilt Medical Center. I am having the lap band done because of my health problems and I also have lupus so my Paducah PCP (Dr Finney) decided that this surgery would be best for me.
I am excited about getting in better health and also losing weight so that I can walk and maybe feel better and get out and do more than siiting or laying around, which I do because of the lupus...I have good days and bad days but with God's grace and prayers I am not giving in to the lupus.
So say a prayer for me on Jan 23 and I'll try to post when I get back and can sit and type a few lines.
