Im i week out and happy. I woke up from surgery with a whole new look on life. I cant wait to be healthier. Liquid diet going ok, hard to get all those liquids down but doing good. I still dont have much for energy. Would i do i again SURE WOULD!

Ok so i have been on a "milk diet" for 3 weeks now. I will not be angry if i never see or taste milk again after this is over. lol I went and seen Dr Dally yesterday for my pre-op appointment it went great and of course i got home and had hundred more questions.
I have found that through all of this Im embarrassed by my weight. Even here on this web site I feel i need to hide it. Wow it has been controlling me. My highest weight was 294, as of yesterday im down to 271 that is 16 pounds lost just on the milk diet.
