"I felt like EVERYone was compassionate about my size and took good care of me. The day time nurses and techs were all friendly but they seemed to be spread thin based on all the patients being awake and needing attention. I was not unhappy just thought they could have used more help. The night time nurses and techs were awesome, they were right there when I needed something and were also very friendly. My family and I were very impressed with the care given, the large private rooms, the beautiful grounds and the wonderful staff. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who has a choice! From the time I walked in until the time I was wheeled out, I was given a 5 star treatment, as an obese person that is usually not the case. I was very pleased with Munroe Regional!"
"I loved Dr. Overcash immediately! He was funny, easy to talk to and spoke from the hip. I appreciated his candor and honesty. I know some others wouldn't like that, but I would rather deal with honesty than have someone sugarcoat this surgery and it's risks.
His staff seems to be very involved in our approval process and has been friendly and available whenever I have contacted them.
While there is not a formal aftercare program, there is a support group of his patients in my area and they have been very helpful and friendly so far, answering lots of my questions. I'm anxious to move forward in the process and become a post-op baby soon :)"
