"I went to Dr Green's Dallas location at Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake. I appreciated the staff there and it was nice to see Dr. Green face to face when I went in for my consult. My surgery was 12/2/13 and it went fantastic. What I appreciated most about him and his staff was that I was not just number or a paycheck. They genuinely listened and answered every question to the fullest and I actually got to know him as my doctor that cares - not the guy that shows up on the surgery date and lets everyone else handle the office aspect of it. Also, Earline, the nurse/office manager is such a sweetheart and always responded to my emails and calls in a timely manner.
I had surgery 4 months after consult and had every test, evaluation, scope, sonogram, sleep study etc super fast and once completed, the paperwork went to the insurance the same day they received the last information. Super fast!!!
