It is 80 degrees here in Ohio and sun is shining

Yeah the drain is out as had my 1 week post op checkup.
Ddoctor happy have lost 5 lbs from surgery ( also lost the 14 lbs of IV fluid weight from surgery).
Walking a mile twice a day now so feeling better.
Love Jay Robbs Egg White Protein as so easy to use and no taste/texture issues with it.
Keeping my proteins intake at 60 or better so meeting goal this week - will try for 70 next week.
It is a beautiful day here in central Ohio......
