3 Months Post Op

WOW....... 3 months already.

I went for my 3 month appointment and the doctor told me I'm breaking records. I laughed.

He told me that the average person should lose 33% of excess body weight and I'm at 43%.He said all my blood work was awesome and if I keep it up that I'm going to get to 145pounds. I was like WHAT, that is past my goal.I was looking at 155-160 but he said 145. I was really excited .

I do still struggle with alot of things ...but I feel great .
