I am now almost four months out . I must say I feel "GREAT" and have so much mor energy. I tire out sometimes fast. I am down to 232 and in a size 20 sometimes a size 18. My family finally made me give up my clothes because they were all too big. So I went shopping and enjoyed buying smaller clothes. It nice when people at work say how good I am looking. Oh, I can see my high school day shape coming back. Therefore, I can hardly wait until this summer so I can go to my 30th class reunion. I hope to be down to a size 14 or 16. To all the lady "HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY and all the men "HAVE A GOOD DAY and TREAT THE LADIES IN YOUR LIFE LIKE QUEENS TODAY"
