"He was very open and honest, easy to talk to and willing to answer every stupid question. He never let me feel like my questions were stupid.
His staff was willing to help but did let me ask my questions of the doctor instead of acting like they knew it all. They also were encouraging.
As far as after care goes he made it clear that I NEEDED to attend the meetings for info and support.
I would not say there is a structured aftercare program.I was a little confused about when to see him after the surgery.
In his office and at the meetings he made it clear that there were plenty of risks and even what some of them were.
I give him a good rating. I would have the surgery over again if I needed to and knew he would be the doctor.
I give a great rating for both bedside manner and surgical competence.
I was also happy that the next day he came to tell me about the few oddities of my surgery. No one is perfect but my experience was a good one."
