"he was great! very caring and welcoming. interested and well informed on WLS. the appointment takes 45 minutes to an hour and he has the letter faxed to your surgeon within a week. He does charge a fee of $100.00 and does not take insurance but in my case it was well worth it.

"i really liked dr. husted and his staff is great!! he really does know his stuff and the seminar he requires answered a lot of my questions. he spent extra time answering questions and seemed in no hurry. he seems very dedicated to his patients and has a great bedside manner.the aftercare program is very structured and jamie, his nurse, explained the paperwork side of things and what to expect in the hospital. they are right upfront with the risks and i like that. i rated him a 10 so far. now i am just waiting on a approval from my insurance so i can go see him in the office. i feel very confident that he is an excellent surgeon as well as a great with his bedside manner. i feel fortunate that i found him to do my surgery."
