"Dr. Roll was smiling at me as I walked down the hall towards his office and that was so wonderful because I was scared and very anxious. He is a very kind, patient and knowledgeable person and doesn't leave you wondering about anything. He gives you the freedom to ask any and all questions and never rushes you one bit. His office staff is absolutely the best..even though one of them was feeling a little sick and had to go home early.
He says we are on a journey and I,the patient, is the main character in the journey. He keeps stressing how we must listen and obey the instructions that we will be recieving if we want this journey to be successful.
To be a great surgeon, the Doctor must have complete competence and also great bedside manner. Since I haven't had my surgery yet, I will let you know about that at a later date. I just know that the report will be great.
I am not a negative person so it will be hard for me to talk about the "minor" bad things....so far I haven't had any bad things to happen. "
