My BUMP in the road

Well this is not my official BUMP in the road!!!!!!!!!! I must tell the truth I am really down right now!
I had my doctors appt. and I have gained weight!!!!!!!!!!! I have not been this size since my pregnancy 5 years ago. I am going to try not to let this keep me down!
