"The first time I met Dr. Rossi I knew he was a compitent Dr. And I still believe he is very good at this surgery.My first check up after surgery my scar had started to go keyiloid{sp} He seemed very upset by that almost like he felt he made a mistake. I don't think there is anything he could have done different. Most of the office staff is helpful and friendly. But beware the one who greets you as you come in. Not real friendly and on the border of being down right rude. Melinda of course is awesome. she works very hard for all of us wls patients."
"I did call a complaint and comments number. And have seen that the few paintents I have visited after wls have gotten better treatment so I guess it doesn't hurt to complain when you were treated poor. At least now others are being treated better."
"I have gotten samples to try and thismorning I am trying the vanilla it is very light yet so filling I have no idea how I will get these drinks in after surgery. but I know I will want to drink them they taste so good."
