Hello everyone, I know its been a while since I posted anything on my profile. I'm sorry! Now that I'm back to normal, I just been busy lately. But anyway, I'm 10 weeks post op and I lost 50 lbs!!!!! Yay!  My clothes are baggy, its crazy! But overall, I'm doing real good and trying to maintain. I don't know when the next time you hear from me, so until next time.........

20 pounds lost!!!!!!

Hello everyone, I'm home from having RNY gastric bypass. I had my surgery feb 23rd and its been a week today. I finally felt well enough to post this.

WOW what can I say, this is an experiance and its no easy road. First and foremost, I had the open procedure, so its taking me longer to heal. Right now its hard to walk and do normal activites. I'm on this damn liquid-soft food diet. Its killing me. I want real food. I'm tired of eating broth, super soaked mashed potatoes, apple sause and pop cicles. Its hard but I got to keep focused. I had gas at the beginning of the week that really HURT! I even went back to the ER because it hurt that bad. They gave me mylanta. It worked. I got to do a lot of walking now to prevent that. 

Its only been a week and I've lost 6 lbs, YAY!!!!

Anyway the hospital experiance-- that was really not so good, I hated that but I'm not going to get into details about that until later.
But I got through the hard part, with no complications. I'm proud of myself!

IT'S NEXT WEEK EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! 
I had my pre op today! Reality is approaching very quickly!
I feel sick to my stomatch right now....I'm so nervious! I got it bad! Yall gotta pray for me.....

Hello everyone! Its me.....Just wanted to say that I been through a lot the past couple months with constantly having to call the insurance company, going to serveral different other doctors for this and that, then I had serveral different dates. First it was January 19, then it was Febuary 9, then it was March 2......Now its Febuary 23 and it is so official! I'm so happy and my mom is even happier for me. I'm just glad when its all over.

Hello all....My name is Crystal, from Suffolk Va. I'm in the process of getting the gastric bypass surgery. I'm 21 years of age and I wiegh 292 and I am at my heaviest. My mom had the surgery in 2000 and lost 125 lbs and still maintaining.  Anyway, my surgery was scedualed from Feburary 9, but now its changed to March 2. I'm nervious and excited all in one!
