Hi, my name is Talia, I'm 38, married to a wonderful guy and have two gorgeous kids. Unlike most people who were overweight from young, I was thin until I hit my 30's and started stacking on the pounds. My bad eating habits started from my University days when we would eat on the go, lots of fast foods/alcohol and lots of partying. My full time job in an office didn't help and then 2 children later well here I am at 138kg. I just never thought it would catch up with me but unfortunately it did!!
