Good Morning OH Peeps out there.   I started my blog on this site in 2009.  I had the Realize Band.  Unfortunately I didn't do well with it.   Im back again trying to reconnect with my friends but everyone is gone.  I guess they all lost their weight and have moved on   So I guess im gonna have to make some new ones  Anyhu no long story just that I'm hoping to have the Sleeve,  just waitng on my paperwork and approval.  Im on my third nutrition class AGAIN  Can't believe I had to go through all this stuff again but I know it will be worth it in the end.  Well Im off to search for some OH friends    Smochez

Seems as if all the previous friends I made are gone. Guess its time to make new ones.  Well Im starting another chapter in my life titled Fit & Fabulous.

Hey guys  well I got another fill this morning cause the last 2 weeks everything felt the same.  He gave me another 2cc's which brings me now to a total of 7cc's.  Now lets see how this works.  To my surprise I lost what I thought was 3lbs but its actually 5lbs Woo Hoo Im very excited about that.  I go back to see the Dr in another 2 weeks,  man 11 more pounds and I will be in Onederland I can't wait. I'm floatin on air right about now.  Back to the gym I go.  Smochez 

Hi Oh Fam   ok so I went for my second fill about a week ago and nothing has change its still the same.  Now I realize that you might have to keep gettin this thing adjusted so Ima keep doing what I'm doing.  I started off with 3cc and he add 2 more so when I  left the office I was at 5cc's.  I think when I go back in four weeks he'll add somemore which might do the trick cause right now I really feel like Im on my own.  Started going to the gym so that should really help me out.  Im going to think positive about this cause theres no other way for me to think if I want to get through.  So its the weekend and Im going out for the first time in a very looooong time.  I will talk to you guys later  Be Blessed and Smochez   

Ok so Im pissed and mad as hell right now   No loss and its been 3 weeks.  Dr said I'm not eating enough  Well Darn!  WTFunk!  If I eat I gain If I don't eat I gain or stay the same.  Well Ima eat and exercise these next four weeks and see what happens.  Damm! Damm! Damm!

Hey guys  I had my first fill and I really didn't see any difference.  Im eating the same if not more than before which is  not good.  I don't go back to the Doc again until the 24th of this month which is Feb.  I hope I can see a lost.   Im trying not to eat what they call slider foods which in my case are Ritz Crackers and Goldfish. At first I thought I wasn't eatin enough now it seems I might be eatin to much.  Whew!  come on now Dis Some Bull!   I start going to the gym on monday so lets hope this will start my body to dropping some poundage.  Well  until next time OH Fam.  Smochez

Yes Im back to work today  just for half days but its nice to get out of the house.  Im coming down slowly but surely and it feels soooooo good.  I go back to the Docs in 2 weeks I will be ready for my first fill and looking forward to it.  Well until next time Smoochez

Had the surgery  on the 6th of Jan and   this gas thing is kickin my BUTT!!!   But  Im makin it through.  Im hungry I hate to say.  Liquid diet Ugh   go back for my 2wks visit on the 21st will see  tryin not to have no regrets...  pray for a sistah 

Good Morning WLS Family  well its been so long since I posted anything since I had decided not to have the surgery back in October of last year.  I talked and talked and prayed got through my fear and now I'M  Baaaaakk   My surgery is set for Wed. Jan 6th and Im gettin very excited about it.  No more dry heaving or anxiety  Praise God.  Not lookin forward to the month of liquids but you have to do what yo have to do right?  Tell you what Im gonna miss yeah Sparkling Wine and Beer.  Hope I don't get the shakesLol  naw its a good thing though but until then I will see you guys later and I will keep you  up to date on my progress.  Smochez
