Reached My 1st Goal

I reached my first goal exactly 1 month post op, I am finally under 300 pounds. I haven't been under 300 pounds in 15 years. My surgery date was 7/12/2011 and I am on my way to a new healthier me. Since my surgery I have been removed from all diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol medictions.
