I really need a date fast...

Well I got a date to bad that it is when I am on vacation.  July 30th was the date and now I am waiting to here when the new date is.   It needs to be soon.  I am not doing well right now.  I am down on myself and just feeling like shit.  I can't believe I let myself get like this.  Seeing pictures of myself on FB is driving me crazy.  I just sit there and cry.  How come food has such control of me.  I am so depressed.  I keep calling the Dr's office and leave messages and no one calls back.  Why arent they calling back dont they know I need this surgery.  I need this tool to help me get on with my life.
Well hopefully soon I will get the date.  I will post when I do.
