Wow...has it already been a month??? This has been an awakening to me. I have a new sense of control over food. I am so excited to say I met my 1 month goal, barely. As of today I have lost 40lbs! I have basically lost my 3 year old! I have set my goals and it helps to have the small ones to reach monthly. I see why everyone says they love their tiny tummys. I surely do!
